Robert has been involved in various capacities with accounting and financial controls for the past 22 years, and has gained valuable experience in business development, management practices, budgets, financial forecasts, effective cashflow management as well as Canadian tax law. He is also passionate about the implementation and automation of systems that create efficiencies, reduce headaches and improve the bottom line.
He has served on the boards of several Non Profit organizations in Canada, the US, as well as Cyprus and has implemented various systems, financial controls as well as multiple Joint Ventures with international participants.

Sebastien began working for BC Capital while still enrolled in university studying Business Administration in 2017. Since then he has become BC Capital's lead administrator; managing the office, marketing and customer service. Sebastien is dedicated to helping our clients and has proven this time and again by negotiating custom terms for clients in unique situations.
Sebastien has continued to improve how we serve our clients by implementing new cloud based data software allowing our brokers to access client information from anywhere.
